Container Pro

I needed a 30 yard dumpster after removing a bunch of old carpeting. Container Pro provided me with the one we needed. They dropped it off on time, and there were no issues whatsoever. Everything about their service was fine, and I would surely recommend them.

I needed a 30 yarder for a construction project I worked on. Container Pro of Hilton Head delivered one on time. I filled up the dumpster immediately and had it picked up. There was a misunderstanding about them sending another one to us. They thought that I was done with it, but after speaking with them, they resolved it and brought me another dumpster. Everything went fine after that.

I needed a 20 yard dumpster for the household debris I was trying to remove from a house cleanout. Container Pro of Hilton Head was on time when they delivered it. The only issue I had was that the driver was unprofessional. The street I m living in is a cul de sac and the driver blocked the way for 35 minutes and when one of my workers told him about moving the truck, the driver responded rudely to him. This was when they picked it up after we used it for 5 days. They also left a mess when they left. When I called their customer service she was very nice and accommodating, they were very apologetic about the attitude and actions of their driver. Other than the driver, I was happy with the service I got from them.

Container Pro brought over a 20 yd. dumspter and put it in the location we needed it. They weren t able to get a second one there at that time, so we went with someone else for that. But they were fine. Perfectly good job.
