Bella Cleaning and Carting

Needed a 4 ton dumpster to get rid of some dirt in my backyard. First, they came and broke the driveway. Second, when we called them the next day to fix it, Ben did a lot of drama for half an hour and agreed to fix the driveway only if we paid the bill in full, so, we paid in full. After 3 weeks of agreed upon pick up date, the dumpster is still sitting in my driveway and and the driveway is still damaged. I am wondering if I should call a scrap metal company to haul the dumpster. Very unprofessional!

I was renovating my kitchen and had some construction debris that I wanted them to remove. I was not completely satisfied. I rented a 20 yard dumpster, I told them that I needed them to pick it up that same day. They promised they would but they didn't pick up until a week later. It was unacceptable to me. I have used them before and they did the same thing to me at that time. The first time there was a snowstorm so I understood and thought I'd give them another chance. Promises were made about how long the container was going to be sitting in front of my house. I talked to the owner and a few others and they just kept giving me excuses as to why they couldn't pick up.

I needed a dumpster to get rid of construction debris from my garage. I rented a 12 yard from Bella for $350. It had a 2 ton limit for 7 days which was perfect for me. The price was good and they delivered promptly. When it was time for pick up though, it took them another week to finally get here. It was kind of annoying to me. They would tell me they were coming, but wouldn't show up, apparently because students were moving in and out of the dorms at that time, so they were busy. I waited on many occasions, and they finally picked it up after my 6th call.

We had just moved into our new house and needed to clean out some old furniture, toys, and other household junk. We were happy with Bella. We decided on a 30 yard dumpster and it was the right size for the cleanup. We spent 10 days total to cleanup the mess. We were very appreciative of Bella Cleaning and Carting.
