The size of a dumpster is calculated by the number of cubic yards of trash it can hold. For example, a "10 yard dumpster" will hold 10 cubic yards of debris. For a reference on cubic yards, a 3ft X 3ft X3ft "cube" equals 1 cubic yard. The most common roll off dumpster sizes are 10 cubic yards, 20 cubic yards, 30 cubic yards, and 40 cubic yards. Understanding Dumpster Prices
Novato dumpster rental prices depend on many factors. Each roll off dumpster rental company may quote prices slightly differently. Most home cleanouts will typically not go over the allotted weight because the debris is lighter.

You've scheduled a day to clean out the house or cleanup after a major remodel. You've taken the day off work and scheduled a dumpster to be delivered that morning so you can begin loading it. For instance, a national broker takes your order for a 20 yard dumpster to be delivered on Friday morning. When the order is forwarded to the local company for delivery, the local dumpster service already had a full delivery schedule for Friday and does not have any 20 yard dumpsters in stock. You're left with no dumpster and a project that is delayed until the following week.
