Residents of Washington County can recycle e-waste for free
Bring any type of electronic, with the exception of Freon-containing appliances (e.g., refrigerators), to the Washing County Landfill for proper disposal. There is no fee for homeowners to use this service, however businesses must pay $0.25 per pound for bulk loads.

Dumpster permitting requirements
You may need to obtain a permit from the city if placing the roll-off container in the public right-of-way (e.g., side of a city street). You can search for the appropriate permitting forms or department contact information by visiting the City Forms & Applications page at the St. George government website.
If the dumpster is to be placed on private property, you most likely won’t need a permit. However, it’s best to check with your roll-off container rental company just to be sure.
