We had a 4-story commercial building next door that we wanted to have demolished and removed. First, we needed to unattach it, next, demolish and remove the 3rd & 4th floors, and then unattach it very carefully. Then, we wanted to remodel it into 2 stories and make this new house smaller, just like the one next door. They also removed metal storm shutters to give us back the skylight windows in our bedrooms.

It really could not have gone better. We realized we hired the right company when we went to the village to submit the demolition permit request. When we asked who was performing the demolition we were told that the town didn't need the permit for proof of insurance because they already had it on file due to the high amount of work A Dilemme Contracting performs. Excellent team of guys, priced very well, and they just deliver!

We got a 20 yard dumpster to get rid of some roofing waste. We chose A Dilemme Contracting for the rental. Everything worked out fine. They came when they're supposed to and, picked up soon after I called for them to pick it up. I'll choose them again next time I rent a dumpster.

Everything was great! They finished the demolition of my in-ground pool earlier than expected. They removed the pool and the walkway very neatly. They were so comfortable to work with and I'm definitely happy with the service I got from them!

Our house and yard was hit by a really bad storm and our swimming pool was severely damaged. We decided to just have it demo ed verses having it fixed. We ended up having the 16 by 32 foot inground pool and all the surrounding patio taken out and filled in. We were satisfied with the work that A Dilemme Contracting did. They stuck to their word and showed up when they were supposed to and charged us the amount we were quoted, which was much cheaper than other companies we contacted. Our only concern was the fill that they used had a lot of gravel in it and the grass isn't coming in yet. Other than that they were good.

We are doing some renovations to our backyard and decided to get rid of a small 4 by 15 foot above-ground swimming pool. We hired A Dilemme Contracting for the demolition, and we were pleased with their work. They got the work done right on schedule and cleared the debris when they were done.
