Everything was great with Bin There Done That. They were referred to me by my contractor for a house remodeling project, and I have one of their dumpsters at my business as well. I was working on a demolition and renovation clean up project on my property and needed an adequate dumpster for the debris. I requested a dumpster from BTDT and they proved to be an excellent choice. My request came in at the last minute, but they were able to provide me the size and timeframe I was looking for. We needed a 10 yard dumpster for some heavy debris from a project we are working on. We hired BTDT for their dumpster rental services. The only issue I had was the delay on the pick up and how they handled the pick up request. I called in to request for the pick up, but the dumpster still sat at our job site. I called the next day and spoke to a different person with no knowledge of my initial request. It s quite an inconvenience on our end as a contractor.
