Rented a dumpster from them for a house remodeling project we were working on, their trucks were just perfect for us as prior to them we rented from another dumpster company and their trucks just couldnt fit in our driveway due to the size. I had to clean out a rental in PA, and I m a resident of KY. When I arrived in PA, I began calling refuse companies and no one I called could supply me a dumpster in the time frame I would be in PA except BTDT. I called on a Sunday, put my order in, and was told that someone would be in touch with me between 2-4 hours. We had a very enjoyable talk and he said that he d do his best to get me a unit on Monday but couldn t promise. That was great timing for me, so I told him Tuesday would still give me enough time to do what had to be done. I got a call from Charles that he was on his way with the dumpster. He rolled up, backed up, put the protective boards on the driveway, and put the unit in place. Charles was a very pleasant gentleman and a very efficient worker. So I ordered a 20 yard dumpster and filled that up quickly. I had 10 days to fill the dumpster, but it only took a week. I liked the small footprint of 11 ft long because it allowed us to park in front of it. My basement is now clean, dry, and reorganized. My only complaint is that they dropped off the dumpster 2 hours later than they said they would. The pickup also took longer than previously established. I called on a Friday for pickup and was was told it would either be Monday or Tuesday of next week, which I was fine with. But it wasn t picked up until Thursday after calling on Wednesday to see why the dumpster hadn t been picked yet. Other than that, I was happy with service.

I spoke to Dave and was assured that their largest dumpster, a 20 yarder was sufficient for the renovation of a 1200 sq foot home - cost $435. Not even half way through the renovation, the bin was full. My contractor packed it neatly so there wasn t any empty space. I am very disappointed as I feel I was ripped off, intentionally. I could have gotten a 40 yarder from another company for only $549 and saved a lot of money. But I had to rent another dumpster from another company who had the larger dumpster (30 yarder) for another $500. Bin There Dump That also had the nerve to charge me another $22.40 because they claim I went over the weight limit. Of course no evidence to support their findings... You guys got me! Congratulations! I won t be back.</p>

Everyone I dealt with from this company was courteous and friendly. They showed up on time, and each of the three drivers I dealt with where professional, clean, and knew what they were doing. The person I communicated with who set up the orders and pickups was great. The dumpsters and trucks were clean and in great shape too. (I have had other companies drop off dumpsters that smelled horrible, still had debris in them, and had the bottoms rotting out, making me wonder if they would fall apart when pulled). I received a 20 yard dumpster for substantially less than other company s 15 yard dumpsters! Also, they were able to drop a larger capacity dumpster on site than the other companies could offer. Again, my experience with this company exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!

Working with Bruce was very simple, and all the details were worked easily over the phone. Payment, delivery, pickup, etc. were all done via email/phone. Additionally, they used wood matting under the dumpster as to not damage the driveway. The bin has a nice feature where the doors open like a French door so you can easily wheel/carry debris in. If I have the need for another bin/dumpster, I’ll definitely be calling Bin There Dump That.
