We needed to remove some old kitchen cabinets, counter tops and some wood from a disassembled spa and two old bicycles. I had Budget Hauling do the job for us. I actually picked them because of the comments online, so I went ahead and gave them a call. Nancy was the one who talked to me and I was sold because of her good customer service. When the day came for the appointment, they were a late but we did get a call from Nancy telling us the reason for the delay. She asked if it would be possible for the items to be moved curbside so the guys will just pick up the items. Even though we were expecting for them to come in and get the items my husband moved it by the curb. They came and loaded the items in their truck. My husband told me that the two guys who loaded were a nice bunch. When the bill came, I just can't believe that we still got charged for $185 considering that my husband moved the items curbside. I was hoping that they'd charge us like $150 just for the pick up. The only good thing about them is that they have good employees.
