I called First Lady Home Improvement specifically to haul away an old riding lawnmower and couch, but when they came over, they only took the couch. They told me that they couldn t take the lawn mower because it was too big, but they promised to reach back out to me within a few days to offer a new quote to come back out and haul the mower away, but they never got back to me. I was not happy with their service.

I had a huge above-ground pool that was damaged and it needed to be hauled away. First Lady Home Improvement did the job for me. I called them and they came over relatively quickly to do the work. They were a bit pricey, but they did more than was expected. Their service was good and I would use them again. I was very happy with what they did for me.

I needed to remove some old clothes, some books, a sofa, a loveseat and some other household trash that I had in the basement. First Lady did the job for me. Everything went smooth but I thought the price was a little high for the volume of stuff I had removed ($150).

I had an old deck that we took apart and had in the backyard. First Lady Home came and removed the deck debris for us. I was very happy to have a clean backyard again!

We cleaned out our house and left some junk out on the porch to be hauled away. There was a dresser, mirror, and some trash bags.
First Lady did a good job. They were very professional and worked fast. I would call them again.
