Graham Waste Services Inc.

I rented several large dumpsters from Graham Waste Services over the course of 4 weeks for a few large commercial projects. Due to the nature of our business and scheduling, I made it very clear that communication before delivery was very important to me. Unfortunately for me and some of the members of my crew, communication before delivery did not happen when it should have on several occasions. There were times when I would be waiting at our jobsite for hours waiting for them to arrive. I understand that things happen and extended my empathy because of it being a hard year due to the pandemic, but failing to communicate or have good customer service on this large of a project isn't something I would put myself through again by hiring this company. I will give credit where it is due and say that the crew members they sent to pick up and drop off the dumpsters were absolute professionals who were fantastic to work with. I wish I could have just dealt with them, because every time I would call their office or speak with a dispatcher it was a disappointment.
