I felt completely misled by this company. I rented a dumpster for household trash removal and was told that a 40 yard dumpster usually takes 4 tons, so I hired them and paid them $430 for their service. After the removal, they said my waste weighed 9 tons which was an additional $510, meaning I was charged more than double the quoted amount. They had my credit card information saved from my initial payment and charged it the additional amount owed without a heads up. Once they dropped the dumpster off to me, they were not available to answer my questions and when I contacted them about the additional charge, they did not help and eventually ignored me.

I was quoted a low contractor price to get my business and was told the overall cost would be in the mid to high $500 range. I paid $402 upfront and then got stuck with a HUGE bill with extra fees totaling $521 on the back end. I tried to resolve with Warren and was basically told too bad . I just want others to know so they can avoid being a victim also.
