My name is Doug, and I am the owner of Junk Squad Junk Removal. I started this business several years ago after hiring a junk removal company to haul away some old furniture. I was shocked by how much they charged to do the job! So I said to myself, I’ve got to do something about this.
I purchased a trailer and the rest is history! Surprisingly, I fell in love with picking up other peoples’ junk. I get a lot of satisfaction in donating the things other people consider junk. I've been able to help a lot of people in need of household goods, clothing, furniture, etc. In fact, we effectively donate or recycle about 75% of the waste, junk and debris we haul away from job sites.
