We wanted the garage in our backyard to be taken down, and Mcnair and Sons did a good job. They disconnected the electricity, which the other contractor was not capable of doing. Our garage was connected to the guy’s next door, and when the beams came out of the roof, it was still connected to his. Once they took it out, they patched it up, but I feel like they should have removed the whole wall. They cleaned up, but their generator pushed the concrete down. If we didn’t want to have the concrete pulled up anyway, I probably would have had a problem with this.

I hired Mcnair and Sons, LLC to assist in demolishing our kitchen floor. They removed 12 ft x 12 ft of tiled floor down to the subfloor. They did a beautiful job. They have excellent services, and I have no complaints.
