We were cleaning a deceased parent s home and scheduled to have a dumpster delivered at 10:00 a.m., but it was not delivered until 5 p.m. This time was specifically requested as family was returning to the West Coast. The dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday, but when I called the company that morning, I was told they would pick it up on Friday. I had to reschedule other work being done and told this to their customer service, who told me next time to call someone else. You bet I will never use them again.

They delivered the dumpster promptly, and I have no complaints. I was supposed to have the dumpster for 7 days. It took them a little while to come pick it up, but it helped me out because I wasn t quite done with the project. Overall, they did a pretty good job, and I will surely call them if I have another project.
