A fumble turned into a touchdown by Marty and team Orchid Recycling. I scheduled a dumpster delivery online and received a confirmation from the online site. When I got home on the expected day of delivery the dumpster was not there. It was after hours so I called and left a message to find out what happened. I thought my weekend project plans were ruined, but Marty the owner called me a few minutes later and apologized and stated their was an error in the communication between them and the online scheduler. Marty showed amazing urgency to resolve the issue. He was able to pivot and get a dumpster on site in just over an hour from when we spoke. I was truly impressed by his passion and urgency to serve his customer. Amazing job Marty and team orchid!!!

Terrible experience. Unproffesional, original demo work not completed, and stressful! I hired Marty for a demolition project to tear down our back deck and kid's playset before foundation repair work was supposed to happen. He didn't make the first date promised and over promised about the next day and the next etc. while being unproffesional and telling me all sorts of personal drama and issues with his other projects, bascially every excuse possible. My whole plan was a to hire a crew to do the demo work so my husband wouldn't do it all by himself and risk hurting his back again - I wanted to prevent the stress for both of us. Thanks to Marty I stressed out extra about it for 2 weeks and then Sunday the day before the foundation work we had to do the demo ourselves. We didn't think he would ever show up and I was out the $433 dumpster rental fee. Marty did show up with a dumpster at 3pm Sunday - with the wrong size for our property and blamed his employee and me. Him and his 2 man crew plus his wife helped my husband and I load their truck for 3 hrs while they drove down our driveway and loaded the dumpster. If we hadn't helped - Marty's plan was to use flashlights and continue the work after dark. He overferred to take any extra trash to fill the oversized dumpster as a courtesy to make up for being late which was conveinient but not necessary. Anyways the next day when he sent me an invoice for the original agreed upon $600 for the demo work and trash removal. I wanted him to knock off $200 from the total for the demo work and loading we did ourselves. He shot back a some threats about bringing all the trash back and cited the dumpster not fitting on the property being an extra charge which he didn't mention the day before, and extra charges for the extra trash he had offered to take for free, which we had already loaded on our trailer to take the dump ourselves. I paid it just to be done with this fool. Then he had the audacity to say he'd love to work with us again and he would bring the right sized dumpster next time. As if I'd ever trust him and his company again.

I rented a dumpster when moving out of my old house. I got a 10 yard dumpster. Everything went well, no problem with the delivery, and pickup. I see no reason to go anywhere else.
