This company took my $3500 and did not perform any work. I have called him more than 40 times to do the work he was paid to to do. Whenever I call I am sent straight to voicemail because he deletes my call. I called Malcom from a different number and he finally answered and gave me a date to remove the trailer. I flew in town to observe the work being done and he still did not show, he was no where to be found and didn't answer my calls. After a year trying to get him to do work he was paid to do I have stopped and will be looking for someone else to get the work done. Malcom is a scam and don't believe anything he says, RUN!!. He can't be trusted and if you use him don't pay him anything until the job is completed. He want think twice in taking your money. I plan on filing a lawsuit to get my money back. Run!!!!!!

These guys got rid of a large above ground pool. Super nice and professional. Did exactly what they said they'd do - would use again for sure. My quote is exactly what I paid.

Overhaul has picked up boxes/trash for me several times. Last week, an employee came out and removed the stuff and then proceeded to dump it in the builder dumpsters at a home in my neighborhood that is under construction. I received notification from my HOA as my address was on the boxes. The builder was furious. His company could have been fined or shut down. It was embarrassing for me because people thought that I dumped the boxes in an unauthorized manner. I paid $200.00 plus tipped the employee $20.00. I have informed my neighborhood that I will not hire them again. A couple of my neighbors had gotten business cards from this business and planned to hire them also. That won t be happening now. Someone from the company was dispatched to retrieve the boxes but I am still furious and embarrassed. I hope the employee enjoyed the $20 tip. Never again.

We needed debris picked up from around some land we had purchased. Overhaul Properties did an incredible job. The most refreshing thing was they came on time, the crew was friendly, and they did exactly what they promised within the time frame they committed to. Malcolm and his team are the best.
