They were supposed to pick up the dumpster yesterday but did not show up.
The young man Mike who delivered and picked my dumpsters twice was wonderful. He was polite and patient. He had a very small gate to get the dumpster in my yard. He never had a problem at all. Now my buildings are all repaired and all the rotten wood and old roof shingles are gone. I was very satisfied with the company. Tell Mike thank you!
Dumpster measurements showed 30 yd was really 27.2 yd. Didn't need padlocked portapotties included. After putting a studio couch with legs in, which was upholstered with carpet like fabric on sides, Redbox charged me extra $200, as if it was a mattress or box spring, which it was not. Also spoke with guy on phone to confirm no charge for pickup on 27th, since 25th & 26th were holidays. They then charged me for an extra day. Not likely to use these guys again.
We had an excellent experience renting a dumpster from Redbox+ of Boston. They delivered the dumpster on time and the container was in great shape. We had great communication with Arthur and Christine. Would highly recommend!
Best price around and always calls back in a few hours if not right away. Arthur was very polite and easy to work with. Would use them again if I ever needed a dumpster.
