We were clearing out a home for some renovation work. The tenants were hoarders and had built up food and household trash enough to fill a 17 yard dumpster. Southside Containers had a competitive price; their rates were pretty much equal to everyone else, but because of their customer service and willingness to work with the kind of junk we needed to put in the container, we decided to go with them. I didn t have to be there for drop off or pick up, but I know that they came on time. What we had to get rid of was not your typical waste, but they were willing to work with me on that, and they went above and beyond. We kept the container for five days, and we were expecting rain one day, so they moved the unit to a safe place. They did a great job.
