I had to call twice to get ahold of someone, but once I did they were very helpful. Since I was out of town, I wasn't able to be there when they delivered the dumpster, but he called me when he got to my house to make sure he knew where to leave it. It was exactly where I asked. Several days later I was called again to make sure it all worked out, and asked if I was ready for it to be picked up. I am very happy with how the transaction went, and will definitely be using them again. If you can't get ahold of them right away, keep trying. It's worth it! They are less than 1/2 the price of the other rental places, and did a great job!
