We were very unhappy with WRS Dumpster Rental. We have rented probably 15 construction dumpsters from them and half of them didn t show up on time. I eventually just told them to get their dumpsters and get off our site. We re not going to do business with them anymore. Their office is terrible and they didn t even know who we were when we called. I told them the job and they didn t know where it was. They re unreliable and will hang up the phone on you because they don t know what they re doing. Their dumpsters aren t worth the hassle.
We were installing some equipment and doing a little demolition, and we needed a dumpster for the debris. Working with WRS Dumpster Rental was great. Delivery and pick up were done on time, and overall, we are happy with their service.
I never encountered any issues from the first call to pickup during my rental from WRS for a construction project I was working on. It was a smooth process and service was excelled. I would definitely use them again.
I was doing a renovation project on my property and required around two to four dumpsters for the project. I got in contact with several contractors but I went with WRS Dumpster Rental for this project since the person whom I spoke to told me that I eligible for a discount for the first and second dumpster. And while I received a discount for the first dumpster, I did not receive one for the second. I called WRS Dumpster and reminded them what I was initially promised. The person I spoke with said he was not able to get an approval from his supervisor, and hence could not discount me any further. The whole interaction left me upset.
I did a renovation project and house cleanup, and I needed a 10 yarder to haul away the resulting debris. WRS Dumpster delivered one on time, and I had it for 30 days without having any problems. It was also placed for easy access. I don t have anything bad to say about their services.
