My husband and I are repeat customers of Z Best Dumpster rental on Long Island. We pay our bills, pay the overage & are good repeat customers. We recently rented a 10 yard dumpster from them. Upon pickup, the driver knocked over & damaged a fence in our front yard. Luckily we caught the whole thing on video. We immediately contacted the company the next day to alert them of the issue. They acknowledged & admitted fault & told us that they would send someone to look at it and repair. Now a month later, many calls, excuses & complete runaround it s still not even looked at let alone repaired. We spoke to a very rude lady on the phone yesterday who yet again gave us excuses as to why a month later they haven t sent anyone to remedy the damage that they caused. Now they re not picking up their phone. Mind you, their previous employee (Mary) was lovely and a breeze to work with. Now this new person has heinous customer service skills & should not be answering their phone let alone working with the public. Terrible customer service, accountability & recourse. Use them with caution!! I absolutely DO NOT recommend.
We used Z-Best Rubbish Removal when we were getting rid of some construction debris from a renovation project and we were pleased with their service. We rented a 15 yard dumpster with a 1.5 ton weight limit for a rental period of 7-10 days. They dropped off and picked up the dumpster in a timely manner and they also have the nicest and most professional people working for them. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with them.
Service was poor, people were rude, and they baited and switched me with the price. They did not show up on time for both pick up or drop off. I would suggest using a different company.
A relative passed away and we needed to clean out her home so we could put it on the market. Z-Best Rubbish Removal is a dumpster company that I have used in the past. I appreciated them not pressuring me about how much time I need the dumpster. I will continue to use them when the need arises.
We did some work to our house and needed to rent a dumpster. I had never done that before and was a bit confused on the sizing. The guy at Z-Best encouraged me to get the 15 yard and told me that if I didn t fill it all the way up that they would only charge me for the 10 yard. I appreciated that flexibility.
