Service was poor, people were rude, and they baited and switched me with the price. They did not show up on time for both pick up or drop off. I would suggest using a different company.

A relative passed away and we needed to clean out her home so we could put it on the market. Z-Best Rubbish Removal is a dumpster company that I have used in the past. I appreciated them not pressuring me about how much time I need the dumpster. I will continue to use them when the need arises.

We did some work to our house and needed to rent a dumpster. I had never done that before and was a bit confused on the sizing. The guy at Z-Best encouraged me to get the 15 yard and told me that if I didn't fill it all the way up that they would only charge me for the 10 yard. I appreciated that flexibility.

Got rid of a rundown shed from our backyard. I ended up with more trash than I had thought and should have went with the 15 yard dumpster verses the 10 because unfortunately, I went over on weight and got hit with a large cost.

We had purchased a house that I completely gutted and then I hired a contractor to come in and remodel everything. I ended up using 3 dumpsters from Z-Best for all the demo debris. I found them to have great customer service as well a timely driver. When I complete the outside of the house this summer I would consider using them again if the need is there.

I'm a landscaper, and a customer in Bayside hired me to take down some trees in their yard. I called up Z Best and rented a 10 yard dumpster, which ended up being a tight squeeze. I barely had enough room and probably should of went with the bigger size. Everything was fine with the company until it was time to pick it up. It took them a week to get it out of my customer's driveway. Now I will say this, they did keep in touch with the customer and were very apologetic. I believe one of their trucks broke down. Overall, they weren't to bad.

We were clearing out our Mother's house down on Long Island, and I had used Z Best before and decided to use them again. They were informative on what size dumpster we may need and once I decided on the dumpster size, he told me that if we didn't fill it all the way up, they would charge us the smaller dumpster price. They were prompt with their delivery which they were able to get to us on a Saturday. I would recommend this company.
