It started out poorly and went downhill from there. We specifically stated that we needed a dumpster on site for 5 full days (Monday-Friday). I placed and paid for the order in advance. On Monday, the dumpster did not arrive until after 3;00pm, (after I made two follow up calls to inquire about the dumpster) so we lost a full day. Then on Friday, they came and picked up the dumpster around 8:45am without any indication of an early pick up. So we lost another day of use. We ended up hauling trash in our personal vehicles on Friday. I am a female (with a female sounding name and voice) and I placed the order and follow up calls over the phone. I was told that the dumpster was removed on Friday morning because a man called to have it removed. No one from our site made this call or request. I tried to work something out with the company regarding adjusting the invoice, since I only had 3 days use of the dumpster, when I paid in advance for 7 days. Many emails were exchanged, but no credit or adjustment was made. So in the end, we paid $340.00 to use a dumpster for 3 days. Additionally, the customer service was horrible with many contradictions.

I was working on a project and needed a 30 yard dumpster to pile up the debris. I am very happy with the services I got from Alpha Waste Industries. They delivered the dumpster when I needed it and they were prompt with the pick up as well. Their communication with me was precise and courteous as well.

I needed a 30 yard dumpster to haul away the construction debris from from the project we were working on which was refurbishing buildings. We used Alpha Waste Industries for the rental. After that first project, we kept on using them. It worked out great.

I’m having some work done on the house and needed a dumpster for both household junk and construction debris. Alpha Waste changed the size of the dumpster, but it was what I needed so it worked out alright. The price is pretty reasonable. Problem is, when the guy got here, he placed it in the wrong spot. He did move it to the right location. Everything worked out in the end.

Everything was going fine with the company until the driver got to the property. During the process of putting the dumpster down he tore up my yard and my neighbor's driveway and walkway. I had several ruts and holes in all. When I called Alpha Waste, the manager came right out to survey the damage and I was told they were going to fix everything. I haven't been back out to my rental to see if they did, but I haven't had any further complaints from my neighbor. Due to the fact that they took immediate responsibility for the damage I would recommend them.

We were cleaning out my Mom's backyard. I ended up renting from Alpha Waste because they sounded more courteous on the phone and had the best price. We ended up with a lot more trash than we had expected and needed to have another dumpster sent out. The company was good about it; we didn't have to jump through any hoops to get the job done.
