Drop off was not a problem. It was supposed to be picked up on Friday. No one ever showed. It was guaranteed to be picked up on Saturday. No one ever showed. Then, on Monday, after contacting our roofer, Chris called, apologized and said it would be picked up by noon on Monday. When it wasn't picked up then, the excuses started to come. They claimed there was too much rain to pick it up, yet we had no rain here on Thursday or Friday. It wasn't until Saturday evening at about 6:00 pm when the rain did finally arrive. Extremely poor customer service. Never again.

I obtained a 15 yard roll-off to remove yard wastes from the property. I got one from Arrow Waste, which was delivered to me on time. I had no issues or complaints about the service I got from them. I do recommend their service because they did a fine job.
