CAT Dump

CAN I GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS???? STAY AWAY!!! THIS IT HAS TO BE THE BIGEST SCAM COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! I work for Summit in Milford CT and we placed an order with this crapy company for 8- 20 Yard dumpsters. The order was placed on the beginning of February (agreement Number 1752255). We were suppose to get them on April 1st. After the contract was signed we made an advance payment so they can start building them. We financed them so payment were getting made and nothing was happening. Then April came and left with no updates. So obviously we spoke to them and they said May 1st, them May first came, and then they said May 15th, so that came and passed with no updates from them at all. Now they have over $10,000 and its almost the end of July. We have a lawsuit with them and I will continue to write bad reviews until we get our money back. It is very ironic how they do not pick up the phone anymore or get back to us after May.

CAT Dump was great in the emergency services sense. They were available around the clock and serviced multiple job sites with professionalism and efficiency. One project, we had four swaps a day, and they never dropped the ball on getting it taken care of for us. From the start, they were always willing to go the extra mile to get our job sites taken care of. All it would take was a text message, and they would make it happen. Everyone that worked in their office was kind and very professional.
