Dump-A-Box

The dumpster was delivered earlier on 7/29than scheduled 7/31. With that being said the company left the dumpster in the driveway blocking our car in. I called the customer service line (Dana). I asked why my dumpster was dumped early and stated that they needed to come move it immediately. Dana replied saying that she confirmed it would be early and that she isn’t sure if someone would be able to move the dumpster that night. I explained that it had to be done because my girlfriend car is blocked in and had to work later that night. Dana said she wasn’t sure if it would be moved. At that time I asked why the dumpster was delivered early and why she said contact was made when in fact it wasn’t. Dana had no answer for that and said she had to go call other people and hung up at that time. I called back and Dana said that she wasn’t sure if she could fix the problem and was waiting to hear back from the driver. At that time I asked to talk to her boss and stated that I would like a refund and to have the dumpster removed, and to which Dana stated “I am the boss” and hung up for the 2nd time. Dana called back after some time and said a driver was coming out. When the driver came I had a calm and pleasant conversation with the driver to which the driver stated that Dana was NOT the boss but Randy was the boss. The driver stated to call Dana back ask ask politely to talk to Randy. I called Dana back for the 3rd time and stated that I would like to talk to Randy. Dana refused to put me in touch with Randy or any other person. When I asked Dana for Randy’s phone number Dana replied “You should have asked the driver for it”. And proceeded to hang up for he 3rd time now. In attempt to call back my number is blocked and no response on a refund from the company yet.

I've rented dumpsters for a home renovation several times over the past year and from several different vendors. Dump-a-Box by far has the best prices and most streamlined service. I've rented both their 10 and 15 yard dumpsters and never had a problem. On top of that, they are always quick to respond to questions and always get the dumpster in the right spot.

We contacted Dump-A-Box while doing the second phase of a house and yard clean-up project. We needed a company we could count on to provide the services we needed in a timely fashion as we had guests coming to town. The last company we used left the dumpster at our house days after we scheduled pick-up. Dump-A-Box was different. They provided outstanding service overall, from the beginning of the process to the end. They provided excellent customer service over the phone and in-person. They made the selection and scheduling process easy. They delivered as scheduled and came back to pick up the box the same day we requested pick-up, just like they told us they would.

We're contractors and had a construction project going on which required a 15 yard dumpster for the debris. I put multiple loads in the dumpster and all of them went perfectly fine. Dump-A-Box was very responsive and the deliveries and pick ups always occurred when we needed them. I would definitely use their services again!

I got my dumpster from Drop-A-Box and the entire process went off without a hitch. I have zero complaints about my interaction with the company and would not hesitate to use them again!

Everything was great from my initial email requesting a quote to them calling me and scheduling the delivery. The delivery was on time and very professional. The dump box was in excellent shape and the delivery truck was very nice. When I was done I sent an email and the dump box was picked up when they said it would be. Exceptional service.

I had to dismantle and remove a six person hot tub from my backyard. The delivery of the dumpster was on time. The driver was courteous and professional. I was concerned about cracking my concrete driveway, but the type of rollers on the dumpster and the pickup based delivery truck caused no damage. I would definitely use them again and probably will in Spring of 2018. They were very competitive with the rate as well.

Quote was competitive, service was better than competition. I had to empty the basement of clutter so the house could be sold. Delivery was promised quicker than competitors and arrived as planned. The unit was clean, no odor and was not unsightly. Pick up was just as easy, one call and it was gone the next day.
