Due to job loss caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we started a junk removal service to make ends meet. Easy Removal LLC is a family owned business run by my 16-year-old son and I. We also have adopted a little boy with special needs, and the business allows the flexibility to help with his needs and aid the kids’ studies since both are currently remote learning.We remove and dispose of almost anything. However, we do not take refrigerators, tires or paint. We are very communicative with our customers and will always message with an ETA.Communication is our greatest strength. We are trying to build trust with customers from a distance. We follow ALL guidelines for safety. We wear masks if we are to be around the customers. We also ask that customers wear them for our safety as well. We ask for pictures of the items to be removed and disposed of, as to better quote the customer. I used Easy Removal LLC to get rid of an old refrigerator and they were able to do it without a problem. I did notice a small scratch on the floor the next day, but things happen. Other than that, the guys that came were very polite and helpful. I was planning to use their service again but I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. Overall, they were awesome.
