I rented a dumpster from Great Rate Container Service and did not have a good experience. Upon leaving our property, the driver did not lower the back of the truck and snapped our cable wire. I understand the contract states they are not responsible for damages, but there is a difference between damage you didn t know would happen and negligence. The wire had been up for years but was running through a tree and the tree had to come down in order to rewire the cable, which cost us $500. The fact that they did not acknowledge the damage done because of the driver s negligence tells me this is not a company worth using again. I m very disappointed. A good business would have offered us something for our trouble. I think it was rude not to have acknowledged the situation, and I won t be using this company again.

I m doing some home renovation and needed a 20 yard dumpster for the debris. Everything went perfect working with Great Rate Container service. I had no problems with them at all. The dumpster was delivered on schedule and picked up on time. I d definitely use them again!

We sold our house so I had to clean from top to bottom. I needed a couple of 15 yard dumpsters for random debris like rugs, furniture, and other household junk. Great Rate did pretty good. There s been a delay in pick up of the 2nd dumpster, but I understand weather conditions, and we ve been communicating. To make up for the delay, he gave me the same deal as the one he had that had just expired, so I can t say I m displeased.

We had the whole upstairs carpet ripped up, hardwood floors installed and a staircase rebuilt. We hired Great Rate Container to come haul away the massive amount of debris. Todd and his crew were great. I have a really horrible driveway. It s short and steep. The first attempt at hauling away the debris, Todd s truck got stuck and I was really stressed out. But, he was really calm and nice about it. There was no way they were going to get their big truck down my crazy driveway. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and made multiple trips with a smaller truck. He and his crew did a great job quickly. My garage is now free of debris!
