Our company is JDog Junk Removal and Hauling of Plymouth, we are Veteran owned and operated with the goal of reducing the veteran unemployment rate below 1% and increasing our sustainable footprint. We partner with multiple non-profits and Veteran organizations not only within Michigan, but nationally. We strive to help Veterans and underprivileged by providing them key household essentials from our jobs.We are known for our Military work ethic and employment of Veterans. Here’s what we do:- Employ other veterans with the goal of reducing the Veteran unemployment rate to below 1%- Remove junk and unwanted items from homes and business—everything from old mattresses to scrap metal (the only thing we don’t take is hazardous waste.)- Recycle and donate up to 80% of the items we haul to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. The other 20% is taken to transfer or recycling sites, negating going to a landfill.Many of our JDog locations partner with 5013c charities to donate items to give them new life and donate to Veteran-focused charities. This effort cuts down on our environmental footprint by limiting the amount of trash we put in the landfill. Some of the items our JDogs aim to recycle, reuse, and repurpose may include:- Furniture- E-waste- Metals- Books- Household goods- And more!Many of our competitors bring every trailer or dumpster directly to the landfill because it’s the easiest and quickest option. JDog’s pricing and service was far better than other Junk Removal companies we’ve used in the past. They also donated the majority of our items to charity. We’re having JDog demo our shed next month.
