These guys are fabulous! I needed to do a house clean out for my mom after an estate sale and Michigan Junk Removal had an appoint booked in just a few days for a LOT less money than I expected. They had to carry not one but TWO pianos up from the basement plus a few chairs and tables and lots of smaller miscellaneous items. When they arrived, I asked if there was any chance they could pull up a carpet in the 15 x 15 living room which they did for only a small added fee even though I requested it with no prior conversation. They did an estimate from pictures that they had me text and stayed right with it (plus the carpet). They told me that it was just an estimate until they saw the job and, even though I think that it might have been a bit more stuff than they saw in the pics, we came to a price agreement together. I think the whole job cost about as much as the two pianos alone would have cost from the “big name” companies. And they swept up afterward even though I told them I had a cleaning company coming. They said “it wouldn’t be right to leave it this way.” I HIGHLY recommend these friendly, strong, expedient gentlemen. Class act.
