We had a 3 car garage out back that was deteriorating and attracting bees, bugs, and critters. It was structurally unsound and an eyesore. Mark from MP Custom Services came and gave us a very reasonable quote. He explained what he would do and how he would do it. He was professional, courteous, and an overall nice guy. All the guys were. They demolished the garage, cut off the top part of the Gazebo so only the deck was left, and added a few inches of sand and screening to part of the concrete just like we wanted. They also removed all the debris. They were here every day from morning to early evening. It took them about a week to finish the job. We were impressed with the attention they gave to making sure everything was done right, and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them to our friends. They gave us our yard back.

They removed all the debris and laid down screening and sand in the area where we wanted to place a pool. They were here every day from morning to early evening. It took them about a week to finish the job, and when they were done, they left the area pretty clean. We were impressed with the attention they gave to ensuring everything was done right, and we re very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

I was overwhelmed by high flood waters during storm Isaias and contacted Rachel at MP Custom Services. They got back to me quickly, kept me informed, and gave me swift and courteous service. I had a dumpster hauled away 2x. The price was very fair, and what’s most important was Rachel was a kind heart during a difficult time. Great employees! Thank you MC Custom Services.

The owner of MP Custom Services, Mark, came to my home to look at an old shed in my backyard that I wanted removed. He gave me an estimate, which I accepted. Mark was very nice to work with, and I thought he was reasonable with the price. Less than a week after that, two of his workers, Rodney and Oscar, came to demolish my old shed. They used a small backhoe to take it down in less then a day, loaded all the debris in a dumpster, cleaned up the area, then raked and planted grass at the spot. The grass grew very nicely. What an improvement to the back of my home! I would definitely recommend MP Custom Services to anyone who needs this type of work done. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their service.
