The service I received from RI Junk Removal was beyond excellent. Their crew arrived on time and finished the job before they originally estimated they would, and to top it off, their pricing was very reasonable. They even gave me a discount which I appreciated so much. Overall, they were prefect.

I had issues with RI Junk Removal when I contracted them to remove an above ground pool on a rental property I had. Overall, the work was completed successfully and I got what I paid for, I just was not that thrilled. The first issue I had was with the price. They quoted me a really low price, but I ended up paying a little extra without an explanation. My second issue was they backed out last minute on the landscaping part of the job after they removed the pool so what ended up happening was there was a puddle of mud on the property when the job was completed and I had to find a landscaper ASAP. Maybe I expected a little too much from them even though they weren t a landscaping company, but if they had told me from the start, I wouldn t have been disappointed.

RI Junk Removal demolished multiple interior areas for me, starting with my kitchen, half bathroom, and deck. They have the best prices and great communication without sacrificing the quality of service they perform.
