Great Service! Would definitely recommend

Rented a dumpster to do some spring cleaning and get rid of things in our home. The size of the dumpster was fine. The issue I had was lack of communication. They did not notify me once on the day of arrival to give me an idea of the time they would be delivering it. I called them three times that day to be told they were not coming at all (this was Friday). Then Saturday, no call again, and I had to reach out to ask when they would be here... They told me 10am; they did not arrive until 3pm, which is a day and a half that cut into our time with the dumpster in the first place. Once they came the following Saturday, they arrived at 10am, so we did not get a full 7 days out of the dumpster like they told me. So not once did they communicate with me about the delays....

They were very helpful and got our dumpster in place where we needed it near the house.

Rented 20 yd for garage/house clean out. Worked out fine. But wasn't delivered until after dark(8pm). Supposed to pick up Tuesday morning but didnt, so I'm not sure when it was picked up(maybe today, Thursday). Otherwise service was great. Nice people, both on phone and in person.

Rented dumpster for a rental property cleanout. Perfect size for our needs. Service was great, as was the communication! Will definitely use this company again!

We are preparing to sell our home and needed to do some major purging from not only the inside of the house but the garage and around the yard. Rollnhook was easy to work with, not only did they drop the dumpster when and where we asked, but they did not hesitate when we asked for a 5-day extension. We will most definitely recommend their services to friends and family, and we definitely know who to call if we find ourselves in need again.

We ordered a 2 ton dumpster to be delivered Tuesday, July 1 and collected Monday, July 7. Our dumpster was delivered 7/1, but not until 8:15 p.m., and we received a 3 ton dumpster instead of 2, as they didn’t have one at that time. And as compensation, we were to keep our 3 ton dumpster an extra day for no extra charge. RollnHook wasn’t able to pick up our dumpster until Thursday, July 10. So in conclusion, if you are flexible, RollnHook was very accommodating and flexible, AND their pricing is quite a bit cheaper than their competitors. Good job guys!!

Great Service at a great price.

Great service to drop off. Accidentally tried to pick up a few days early. Got free hauling of very heavy items which was excellent. Very big size needed for cleaning out parents' house for selling. I believe it was 40 yard size.
