I did a yard cleanup and needed a 12 yard bin to haul away all the debris. I called and got the dumpster from Universal. They came on time and placed it where we have easy access to it. I have no complaints with the service I got from them. They did a good job and I was very happy with them.

The cleanup involved some bricks, drywall and other construction debris. I called different companies around my area and was either put on hold or no response was made to my inquiries. And some don't give accurate quotes for the waste I was trying to remove. I went with Universal because they could accommodate my waste removal needs. They charged me with what they quoted me without any extra fees. They were on time with delivery and pick-up. And when I needed an extra day with my last project, they said to just call them when I was done with it. I'm planning on getting another one from them on my next project. I'm very happy with the service I got from them. Highly recommended!

We rented a 20 yard box for a roofing project. The debris was basic shingles and other roofing debris. We chose Universal Bobcat and Hauling, and it worked out perfectly. We had no problems with them for both delivery and pick-up. I'd definitely consider them for my next project.

We needed a dumpster for debris from an outdoor metal roof that had collapsed. After Pirate Dumpsters flaked and never showed up, I scrambled to find another dumpster co. Needed a dumpster for some concrete, bricks, and rocks leftover from a demo job. We rented a 10 yd debris box from Universal Bobcat. I misunderstood them when I thought we could have the unit for three days but without contacting us, they picked it up after just two. Luckily everything had been taken care of by that time, but as far as I'm concerned, it should've been clear. I expected more time, but other than that, service was excellent. They did a good job.

We have a lot of construction debris to dispose of daily. We needed multiple 40-yard dumpsters at our commercial building. We're working with Universal Bobcat for this. Laurie is fantastic over there. She even answers her phone at night and on weekends. She's fantastic. We still have the dumpsters there and are exchanging it for new ones everyday.
