No. C&D debris can not be disposed of in your residential container. You will need to arrange a construction waste container from a local dumpster rental company or rent one from the city itself. The city will pick up limited amounts at the curb if you call in advance for around $300. Your best bet is to call a local hauler and arrange to have one delivered to your job site or home for pick up when you are finished. The City of Temple approved the purchase of an asphalt recycling machine in October of 2014. The City has anticipated the purchase of this recycling machine and has saved hundreds of tons of asphalt millings from years of work on the City streets. The machine will take the used material and recycle it into new hot mixed asphalt for pothole patching and repaving.
